Process
Fish meal is distinguished from other proteinous feeds by the higher content of
high digestible proteins, with lowest histamine value of the International Standard.
- Raw fish is fed into cooker at 75 c
- Further it is pressed by twin screw press
- The oil and the water mixture separated goes into a centrifuge where fish oil is separated.
- The pressed cake from the press goes into a steam drier.
Fishmeal is processed in our plant under stringent quality Control. The oil and the water
mixture separated goes into a centrifuge where fish oil is separated. The fish cake from the
press goes into a steam drier. The dried meal is than pulverized and cooled. The fine powder
is than filled in HDPE. The Filtered fish oil is packed in steel drums of 200 litres. Every
stage is strictly monitored to maintain the quality. The quality of fish meal and fish oil is
tested at laboratories and batches are segregated according to their specifications.
